First name * Last name * Email address * Phone number Why would you like to be a pilot? 📋 Volunteer Code of Conduct Read ▾ As a Cycling Without Age Kawatiri pilot, I agree to: Treat all passengers with dignity and respect, regardless of age, ability, or background. Prioritise safety at all times — conduct pre-ride checks, follow approved routes, and never operate the trishaw in unsafe conditions. Communicate openly with passengers and their families, and with the chapter coordinator. Maintain confidentiality regarding any personal or medical information shared by passengers. Never transport passengers while under the influence of alcohol or any substance that may affect judgement or reaction time. Report any incidents, near-misses, or concerns to the chapter coordinator promptly. Represent Cycling Without Age positively in the community and on social media. Complete all required training before operating independently, and keep training up to date. Give reasonable notice when unable to fulfil a booked ride so alternative arrangements can be made. This code of conduct may be updated from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes.
